For the past decade, the Integration and Implementation Insights (i2Insights) blog and repository, hosted by Gabriele Bammer and Peter Deane at The Australian National University, has inspired and sustained collaboration across a global community dedicated to advancing the tools and methods needed to address complex societal and environmental challenges.
To mark the 10th anniversary of this incredible resource, INTEREACH is dedicating its 2025–2026 webinar series to celebrating the blog’s content and reflecting on its role in shaping integrative skillsets and transdisciplinary approaches.
Please join us in kicking off the series, Celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the Integration and Implementation (I2Insights) Blog & Repository, where we will showcase the dialogue format that will shape the rest of the series.
Gabriele Bammer, creator and curator of i2Insights, will lead off the session by sharing the story of i2Insights, including her hopes in creating it, what has surprised her along the way, and what she envisions for the future of the blog and repository.
The INTEREACH Leadership Team—Christine Hendren (Appalachian State University), Kristine Glauber (Duke University CTSI), Amalia Turner (Duke University CTSI), Alison Deviney (NC State University STEPS Center), and Kim Bourne (NC State University GRAD-AID for Ag Program)—will then highlight their favorite posts, reflect on how the blog has influenced their work, and discuss where i2Insights might go in its next decade.
Finally, the conversation will open to the INTEREACH community. We invite you to bring your own favorite posts, experiences, and suggestions for how i2Insights can continue to grow and serve our community.
