Drawing from their extensive contributions to i2Insights on topics such as boundary management, intra-team dynamics, and intentional growth, the speakers examined how personal self-awareness and deliberate practice enable leaders to navigate diverse styles and foster self-sufficient teams. Rather than treating leadership as a static position of individual authority, Midgley and Jiang framed it as a fluid, boundary-spanning function. Through an engaging, curiosity-driven dialogue with attendees, they highlighted how leveraging holistic systems knowledge and sharing ownership maximizes collaborative impact.
