Coming soon: View the eighth episode of our 2025-2026 webinar series, “Celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the Integration and Implementation (i2Insights) Blog & Repository.”
Epistemic justice—respecting how all knowledge is produced, shared, and valued—and transdisciplinarity are key to building trust and igniting meaningful change in difficult real world situations. Our guest speakers, Drs. Gabriela Alonso Yáñez and Basirat Oyalowo shared their personal experience in bringing together communities and researchers to tackle difficult challenges by building (or rebuilding) trust, creating collective understanding of the needs and drivers across the perspectives of all affected, and recognizing “patterns of invisibility” in the often unacknowledged work of those involved. Their dialogue builds on these insights and offers practical advice for developing the critical relationships and networks and ensuring all have a voice and are heard.
Thanks to Professor Gabriele Bammer for hosting INTEREACH webinar recordings on the Integration and Implementation Sciences (i2S) YouTube channel, i2S-Talks.
