In this webinar, speakers Marina Knickel and David Hart explored how to cultivate research cultures that connect diverse knowledge with real-world outcomes while centering equity and justice. Drawing on their experiences in science-policy-practice collaborations, they discussed practical strategies and tools for aligning research with partner needs and emphasized weaving justice into transdisciplinary design. By sharing examples of institutional shifts, they highlighted ways to accelerate both individual and institutional transformation. As part of the 2025–2026 series celebrating the 10th anniversary of the i2Insights blog, this session revisited "gold nuggets" from the archives—ideas that continue to shape how we collaborate to address today’s complex challenges.
