Knowledge integration sits at the very heart of tackling complex, real-world problems. Yet, for many researchers and practitioners, it remains frustratingly hard to pin down, plan for, or evaluate. To shed light on this challenge, our recent webinar brought together experts Stephen Crowley and Christian Pohl to explore how frameworks can provide much-needed clarity when combining diverse knowledge within teams. Drawing on their insights from the i2Insights blog and their extensive related work, the speakers demystified what it actually means to integrate knowledge and offered practical strategies to better facilitate the process.
